**JOB OPPORTUNITY AT ABHIVYAKTI FOUNDATION**
**Under the Link Worker Scheme (LWS) - Tarn Taran District**

Abhivyakti Foundation is a registered nonprofit organization committed to improving the lives of marginalized and vulnerable communities through health, livelihood, and literacy-based interventions. Under the **Link Worker Scheme**, we are working to reduce the impact of HIV/AIDS in rural and underserved populations through community-based outreach and health services.

**1. ZONAL SUPERVISOR**

The Zonal Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and mentoring Cluster Link Workers in the field. The role includes planning, monitoring, and ensuring quality implementation of program activities across clusters. The Zonal Supervisor will also facilitate training, data reporting, and ensure timely coordination with district officials and other stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and provide support to 4-6 Cluster Link Workers (CLWs).
- Monitor field activities, data collection, referrals, and service delivery by CLWs.
- Maintain documentation and compile monthly progress reports.
- Conduct field visits to ensure the effective delivery of services.
- Coordinate with health service providers and district-level stakeholders.
- Organize and conduct community meetings, awareness drives, and capacity-building sessions.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation to the Project Manager/NGO.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences (Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, or related field).
- **Experience**: Minimum **2 years of experience** in development programs focused on:

- Livelihood promotion
- Adult literacy
- Microfinance
- Health-related fieldwork (not only awareness work)
- **Other Requirements**:

- Must be a **resident of Tarn Taran district**.
- Should have own **vehicle for field travel**.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the district.
- Basic computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel.

**Salary: ₹10,500 + ₹2,000 Travel Allowance per month**
