Key Responsibilities:

- Attend walk-in customers and understand their bathroom design and product needs.
- Explain features, quality, and installation options of Parryware sanitaryware and faucets.
- Generate quotations and follow up with potential leads.
- Maintain display cleanliness, product labeling, and stock knowledge on the floor.
- Coordinate with the billing and inventory team for availability and timely dispatch.
- Track and report daily footfall, inquiries, and conversions.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

- Graduate or 10+2 with minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience (preferably in sanitaryware, bath fittings, tiles, or hardware).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling customers independently.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, etc.) for quotation sharing and follow-ups.
- Quick learner with a professional and courteous attitude.
