We are hiring a **seasoned E-Commerce Executive** who can independently handle daily operations, boost marketplace sales, and optimize digital shelves across all major platforms. You will be the backbone of our online business execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing & Catalog Management**:

- Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images) on platforms like **Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Meesho, Nykaa**:

- Ensure accurate inventory mapping, category selection, and listing hygiene
- Work with content/design team to create A+ content, banners & videos
- **Order Processing & Fulfillment**:

- Monitor and process daily orders from all marketplaces
- Manage returns/refunds with proper follow-up
- **Pricing & Promotions**:

- Set up platform-wise pricing, offers, lightning deals, coupons, and promotions
- **Performance Monitoring & Reports**:

- Track sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROAS
- **Ads & Campaigns**:

- Run and manage sponsored ads across marketplaces
- Optimize ad spend and drive ROI through campaign targeting
- Coordinate with platform category managers for growth campaigns
- **Marketplace Communication & Compliance**:

- Liaise with account managers for growth opportunities, visibility campaigns
- Handle seller account issues, policy violations, and maintain account health

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum **4 years** of hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations
- Proficient with **Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub**, and other platforms
- Strong skills in **Excel**, listing tools, and sales analysis
- Solid understanding of **inventory control, pricing strategy, and ads management**:

- Ability to manage high-volume SKUs and coordinate across teams
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and ability to multitask efficiently

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in **fashion, accessories, or consumer lifestyle brands**:

- Exposure to **D2C websites** (Shopify/WooCommerce) is a plus
- Experience handling sales volumes above ₹25L-₹1Cr monthly

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
