**Position Title**:Tele Sales Officer
**Reports to**:Team Leader
**Function**:Sales & Operations
**Location**:Gurgaon, Haryana, India
**Age Limit**: 21 28 yrs
**Interview Timings**: 10:30 am to 3:30 pm
**Interview Type**: Face to Face
- Reach out to eisting and potential customers.
- Offer solutions based on customer needs and requirements
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.
- Hands on eperience with sales tools such as CRM software
- Handle Inbound & Outbound calls
- Domestic process + Day Shift
- ** Interested leads will be provided by the company.**:

- ** No cold calling or random calling.**:

- ** Leads will be from interested customers.**:

- Day shift - Fied timings.
- Its a 5.5 days working company. Sunday, 2nd & 3rd Saturday is off.
- Fied salary + High incentives.
- Other monetary incentives to the employees (confidential)
- Pick & Drop from Nearest Metro is available.

**Knowledge, Skills and Attitude**:

- Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
- Should have good English communication skills.
- Graduate/P.G./MBA will be preferred.
- Should be very confident and presentable.
- Fresher also welcome
- Energy levels should be high

**Qualification and Eperience**:

- Undergraduates with Eperience in telesales.
- Fresh Graduates or eperience with relevant field maimum Upto 03 years.

**Compensation & Benefits**:Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 25,000(CTC) per Month + Incentives; will be decided based on qualification, eperience and interview. ESIC, PF & Gratuity, as per applicable law. Group Insurance, Cover.
