Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers to inform them about our products/services.
- Engage in effective communication with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads and potential customers to close sales or gather necessary information.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide clear, concise, and accurate information.
- Update and maintain customer databases by entering relevant information from calls.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team or management.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to enhance customer experience and achieve company goals.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.
- Keep up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, and any changes in policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
