**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate the tender process from start to finish, including bid preparation and submission
- Independently handle all aspects of bid submission, including vendor registration, document preparation, approval and bid submission.
- Manage GEM platform to identify relevant tenders, prepare required documents, submit bids, track orders and create links for direct purchase wherever applicable.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement teams, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with tender execution.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of tender activity, including submission timelines, bid analysis, and contract awards.
- Provide expert advice on tender best practices and risk management to internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tender management, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven experience in handling GEM platform
- Strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
