The Delivery Boy is responsible for picking up and delivering packages, groceries, or goods to customers in a timely and safe manner. The role requires excellent navigation skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented attitude to ensure satisfaction with each delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pickup and Delivery**:

- Collect and deliver goods or packages to customers as per assigned routes.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery, adhering to the scheduled delivery windows.
- Verify the contents of the delivery with the order details before handing over to customers.
- **Route Management**:

- Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Use GPS or maps for navigation to avoid delays or inefficiencies.
- Adjust delivery routes as needed to account for traffic or road conditions.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Ensure the delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, or van) is in good working condition.
- Perform regular checks for fuel, oil, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Report any issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records of goods delivered.
- Handle any paperwork, invoices, or receipts related to deliveries.
- Report delivery issues, such as delays, traffic conditions, or incidents, to the supervisor.
- **Adherence to Safety and Traffic Rules**:

- Follow all traffic regulations and drive safely at all times.
- Ensure the safe handling of goods and packages to prevent damage during transit.
- Use protective gear such as helmets if riding a bike or scooter.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license for the appropriate vehicle (bike, scooter, or van).
- Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Good knowledge of local routes and roads.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and change.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry packages or goods.
- Physically fit to handle delivery tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 56 per week
