**About the Role**
We’re looking for a **detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual** to join our growing digital operations team. As an **HTML & Data Operations Associate**, you’ll work with data, content, and automation tools to ensure smooth information flow across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing data, exploring new tools, and supporting automation-driven content workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage, clean, and update data across CRMs, spreadsheets, and digital platforms.
- Work with **CSV files, APIs, and OCR tools** to extract and organize data efficiently.
- Perform **data entry, research, uploading, and tagging** across systems and tools.
- Use **ChatGPT and AI tools** to assist with text processing, translation, summaries, and automation tasks.
- Prepare reports and documentation using **MS Office** and **Markdown** formats.
- Handle **HTML-formatted content** for uploads, updates, and web-based editing.
- Translate content using **online translation tools** (multi-language knowledge is a plus).
- Collaborate with internal teams to **improve automation and streamline workflows**.

**Skills & Tools Required**:

- CRM Management (data entry, updates, tracking)
- API Handling (via tools like Zapier, Make, etc.)
- OCR Tools (extracting text from PDFs and images)
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- ChatGPT & AI Tools (prompt writing, automation support)
- Basic Maths & Data Validation
- HTML / Markdown (basic formatting)
- CSV Handling & Data Upload
- Tagging, Categorization, and Data Labeling
- Online Translation Tools (Google Translate, DeepL, etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (**technical, analytical, or computer-related background preferred**).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a **fast-paced, digital, and automation-driven environment**.
