**2 to 6 years of experience in running payroll** and good understanding of Payroll Processing Methodology (Experience in India, any global payroll).
- Manage client’s payroll, end to end from input to month end reporting. Meet all pre-defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with the client on a daily/periodic basis.
- Resolve issues pertaining to the payroll and provide absolute solutions for various queries posed by the client.
- Assist Implementation team in testing UAT scripts in pre live stage as applicable.
- Coordinate with other teams and work towards smooth functioning of the payroll.
- Escalations to immediate supervisor at appropriate times and keep them updated on operational aspects.
