**Duties**:

- Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Clients in the US.
- Must have 3-4 years of experience recruiting for American MSP Clients.
- Preferred experience recruiting for clinical, scientific, quality, compliance, professional, and engineering categories in Life Science Industry.
- Responsible for handling different types of requirements.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals to interviews and placements.
- Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.

**Skills Required**:

- Must have 3-4 years experience recruiting for American MSP Clients.
- Preferred 2 - 4 years prior experience in IT / Non-IT recruiting for USA markets.
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of employment markets in the USA including USA geographical zones, time zones, and cost of living.
- Strong awareness of the USA culture and mannerisms to ensure appropriate communications with USA personnel.

**Note**: We work with Direct Clients. We are not looking for bench marketers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
