**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Managing Co-lending Limits**: Oversee and manage the co-lending limits between partners, ensuring compliance and optimal utilization.
- **Financial Documentation**: Maintain and organize financial documentation related to **Seven Fincorp** and **Bryt Bazaar**, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Monitoring SDR & Co-lending Limits**: Keep track of the SDR limits and co-lending limits, ensuring they are within the defined thresholds.
- **MIS Preparation**: Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports in collaboration with the **Chartered Accountant (CA)** and **Accounts Operations** for **Bryt Bazaar** and **Seven Fincorp**.
- **Budget Review**: Conduct budget reviews for **Seven Fincorp** and **Bryt Bazaar**, identifying any discrepancies and recommending adjustments.
- **Collaboration with NBFCs**: Liaise with **Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs)** to manage co-lending partnerships and ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications-**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in credit evaluation, financial operations, or related roles.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel).
- Knowledge of co-lending agreements and NBFC operations is a plus.
- **Experience**: Experience working under a **Chartered Accountant (CA)** is an advantage.

Pay: ₹228,350.14 - ₹346,051.03 per year
