- In this role, you shall be responsible for work on strict deadlines, in a fairly high pressure business environment while being an outstanding teammate._
- Responsibilities_
- _Lead and conduct regular audits of operational processes to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions._
- _Ensure that all operational activities comply with relevant policy and procedures and assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures._
- _Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations._
- _Provide training to teams on compliance-related matters to ensure understanding and adherence to policies._
- _Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices and incorporate them into operational processes Support audits and Control procedures (Internal & External)._
- _Work closely with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to compliance and operational efficiency._
- _Primary point of contact for Country/Regional Business Controllers and Buyers for complex issues_
- _Actively participate in possible migrations & process stabilizations (drive process improvements)_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory._
- _Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field._
- _Proven experience in a compliance role within the operations or finance sector._
- _Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards._
- _Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication_
