Roasting Assistant

Assist in the setup and operation of coffee roasting equipment.

Monitor roasting parameters and make adjustments as directed by senior roasters.

Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols during roasting operations.

Perform quality checks on roasted coffee beans to ensure consistency and flavor profile.

Clean and maintain roasting equipment and work area according to sanitation standards.

Assist in inventory management of green and roasted coffee beans.

Participate in training programs to develop roasting skills and knowledge.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and quality goals
