**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand client requirements in detail and suggest suitable projects.
- Create tailored proposals with clear comparisons of shortlisted projects.
- Explain project details, builder credibility, and market insights confidently.
- Convince and schedule clients for site visits.
- Accompany clients to site visits and represent their interests.
- Address objections, provide solutions, and move clients toward safe purchase decisions.
- Maintain records of all interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with builders, banks, and legal advisors when required.

**Requirements**:

- For Senior Closing Manager: 6+ years in real estate sales.
- For Junior Closing Manager: 3+ years in real estate sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Deep knowledge of Navi Mumbai micro-markets and reputed developers.
- Must reside in Navi Mumbai or Panvel.
- Presentable, trustworthy, and client-first approach.
- Own vehicle preferred.

**Compensation**
- Junior: ₹30,000-₹40,000 + incentives.
- Senior: ₹50,000-₹60,000 + incentives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 2 years (required)
