**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at The Aroma Fine Dine Restaurant. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing card payments, and ensuring smooth billing operations. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist with billing inquiries.
- Accurately handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Process customer orders and ensure correct pricing.
- Provide receipts and refunds as needed.
- Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen staff for order accuracy.
- Respond to customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist with reservations and table bookings when needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling payments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
