Job Description:
We are looking for a Hardware Support Engineer to provide enterprise level assistance. You shall also be

responsible to handle and diagnose hardware problems. For more complex problems that require detail

instructions, you will contact our ground staff/technical support team and provide on call support,

written instructions and hardware manual. Resolve issue within a given time line.

**Responsibilities**:
Proven work experience as a Hardware Support Engineer or similar role for digital standees,

touch kiosks, PCB, LCD repair and maintenance.

Acknowledge an incident and track issue until successfully resolved.

Do log analysis and data analysis to understand the problem and find root-cause.

Gather and analyze information about the user’s issue and determine the best way to resolve

their problems.

Perform troubleshoot to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts)

Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintain schedule.

Resolve hardware related issues in a timely manner

Track hardware issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits

Resolves escalated calls relating to system hardware issues

Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Ability to provide step by step help, both written and verbal.

Proactive monitoring of system and communication with team regarding any variance of service levels.

Must have skills for warranty management.

Ability to draw product support mechanisms for all products.

Maintain Raw Material Stock and Parts.

Minimum qualifications:
B.Tech or equivalent degree.

A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a similar role is required.

Analytical thinking combined with strong problem-solving abilities.

Capability to collaborate closely with the different teams.

Comprehensive understanding of hardware, software, and electrical systems is required.

Capability to identify potential issues in a system configuration.

Detail-oriented.

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
