**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement and manage IT security measures to protect company data and systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand technology requirements and provide solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to IT processes, configurations, and systems.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular updates and patches.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with IT security practices and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.

Pay: ₹11,029.17 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Work Days:

- Monday to Friday
