We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving our digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

- **Website Management**:

- Maintaining and optimizing our company website built on WordPress.
- Creating new website content, landing pages, and blog posts using the WordPress editor.
- Managing website plugins and themes to ensure functionality and security.
- Collaborating with designers to ensure a visually appealing and user-friendly website.
- **Content Marketing**:

- Developing and implementing a content marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.
- Conducting keyword research to optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
- Staying up-to-date on the latest content marketing trends and best practices.
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Managing our company's social media presence across various platforms.
- Developing and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Creating and scheduling social media content, including images, videos, and text posts.
- Monitoring social media conversations and responding to comments and messages.
- **Digital Advertising (Optional)**:

- Managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) to drive traffic and conversions (if applicable).
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Tracking and analyzing website traffic and social media engagement metrics.
- Generating reports to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.
- Using data insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proven experience with WordPress content management system, including creating and editing content, managing plugins and themes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret data.
- Passion for staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
