2. Issue Resolution: Provide accurate solutions and ensure first-call resolution.
3. Service Delivery: Maintain response quality and adhere to company standards.
4. Record Management: Update and document customer interactions in the CRM system.
5. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
6. Upselling: Recommend products/services where applicable.
7. Policy Adherence: Follow company guidelines and handle data securely.
8. Skill Development: Stay updated on products and participate in training.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.

**Shift Schedule**:
6-day working process.

Weekly offs will be rotational as per the process roster.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,612.00 - ₹17,450.27 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
