A digital marketing agency helping scale #D2C brands is looking to hire a creative planner having 3-4 years of experience with an ability to develop, execute creative and strategic ideas that capture audience attention, inspire behavior change and make difference to the clients’ businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and audience preferences.
- Write creative briefs based on the industry standards, target market, and competitive landscape
- Producing cohesive and intelligent plans to bring success to campaigns managing budgets, timelines, and project schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop creative briefs, presentations, and proposals that communicate concepts and strategies to clients and internal teams.
- Setting Up & Executing - Paid Media Strategies, familiar with allocation of budget for upcoming & new paid media campaigns.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and clients' needs.
- Should have an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
- Understand the objective of the client and accordingly strategize and ideate client campaigns through insights generated via research and analysis.
- Data analysis, insights and research for all industries, in accordance to the brand/s, and accordingly mapping media opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Post Graduate in marketing, advertising, or related field
- Proven experience in creative planning and working with mainline agencies
- Proven experience in planning and strategizing with consumer brands/ D2C brands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to conceptualize, be creative and imaginative, and think strategically with commercial intuition.
- Ability to confidently share findings, insights, and conclusions
- Decisive, structured, and results oriented
- Abreast with social and cultural trends and customer behavior

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
