**This is an Onsite full time job in Delhi.**

The Mansion is a luxury gifting brand established in 2017, that curates thoughtful gift boxes for various occasions and themes.

We are looking for an outstanding graphic designer to join our small team full-time.

The individual for this role will be working closely to grow the brand through conceptualizing and creating awesome assets to work across both digital and print, ie. box packaging artworks & other supporting collateral for gift boxes, craft marketing strategies that engage our customers at a variety of touch points.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design artworks/creatives/ packaging & other supporting collateral like notecards, accessories, prints, stationery etc
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop packaging concepts that align with brand guidelines and product specifications.
- Work closely with vendors and production teams to ensure accurate execution of packaging designs.
- Design print materials such as product catalogs, brochures, etc.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to continuously improve the visual appeal of our products and marketing materials.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- 3+ years of creative design & marketing experience
- A good eye for design and all things creative
- Is good with Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel, Photography, Copywriting.
- Experience in designing wedding invites, packaging is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A can-do attitude with willingness to work hard and take ownership of deliverables.
- Ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, South - 110074, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
