Qualification - MBA (Sales and Marketing)

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **

Managing a team of Portfolio Managers, BDM's & BDE's

Maintaining Strong Relationships with Developers, Real estate corporates, third-party Channels, New and Existing Clients

Responsible for Revenue Maximization, and lead generation with the support from Marketing team through various digital Campaigns

Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share

Performing Market analysis to identify client's needs, Project details, Price Schedules, and Discount rates.

**Technical Skills -**
- Must have In-Depth knowledge of Real estate.
- Ability how to deal with potential customers.
- Should have good personality and communication skills.
- Should have convincing Skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- No travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
