We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Social Intern to support our team of Social consultants in providing exceptional service to our clients. The Social Intern will assist with environmental assessments, environmental social impact assessments, environmental compliance, and sustainability reporting. This is an excellent career opportunity to work with a consulting firm in supporting diverse set of Clients with challenging business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of conducting social assessments, focussed group discussions, consultations including site visits, data collection, and analysis.
- Support the development and implementation of research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Collect, organize, review and analyze documents and datasets from various sources, including surveys, interviews and secondary sources.
- Support project teams with other tasks and management aspects as defined by the team
- Assist team in drafting reports and data analytics.
- Assist in drafting reports and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to the Social consulting team as needed.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of databases and other information systems related to social impact assessment.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social science, Social studies, or related field.
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
