Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanour
- Respond to all guest questions and requests
- Answer and forward phone calls
- Manage guest bookings and reservations
- Keep a tidy and orderly workspace
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed

**Job Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience working in a hotel receptionist or guest services role
- High school diploma, Degree or suitable equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other necessary computer programs
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Professional attitude and appearance

Job location: Chanakyapuri, Ahmedabad.

Food and _accommodation provided. _

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,646.74 - ₹20,000.00 per month
