**Job Title: Telecaller**

**Job Summary**:
As a Telecaller at our Solar EPC Company, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers, engaging with them over the phone, and providing information about our solar solutions and services. Your primary goal is to generate leads, schedule appointments, and contribute to the overall sales and customer acquisition process.

**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company's solar EPC services.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of solar solutions and address any queries or concerns.

**Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and probing.
- Maintain a database of leads and regularly update customer information.

**Appointment Setting**:

- Schedule appointments for field sales representatives to meet with interested customers.
- Ensure that appointments are properly documented and communicated to the sales team.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the company's solar products, services, and industry trends.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding solar solutions.

**Customer Follow-Up**:

- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Address any additional questions or concerns potential customers may have.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on call activities, lead status, and conversion rates.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve common goals.
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to improve marketing strategies.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer-focused role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge or interest in solar energy and EPC services is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
