**Responsibilities**:

- Update CRM system with accurate and timely information.
- Generate all necessary reports related to sales activities.
- Follow up on daily sales reports and ensure updates are reflected in CRM.
- Conduct minimum 10 follow-up calls with customers.
- Coordinate marketing activities, including liaising with Digital Marketing Agency, India Mart, and managing exhibition-related matters.
- Prepare Pro-forma invoices in the absence of sales coordinator.
- Coordinate with customers for dispatch in collaboration with sales personnel.
- Prepare quotations when Mahua is unavailable.
- Contact customers for feedback after service and new machine installation, as per available data (minimum 5 calls).

**Education Qualification**:

- Any graduation degree.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Great communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in sales coordination or tele calling roles is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
