**Role Summary**

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Lead Generation**
- Marketing campaign strategy, planning, and execution to generate qualified leads
- Execution of online and offline campaigns to achieve objectives
- Competition and industry research to inform product targeting, positioning, and messaging

**Tools**

**Social Media Strategy and Execution**
- Develop a deep understanding of social media strategy to achieve various objectives such as awareness building, branding etc.; develop an impactful social media plan and execute consistently
- Analyze channel performance and optimize

**Event Management**
- Plan, execute and organize company’s participation in online and offline events such as webinars, tradeshows, conferences

**Story-telling**
- Work with marketing agencies, multi-media designers to develop impactful, story-telling videos, designs, landing pages etc.
- Be a master of developing and delivering story-telling presentations

- Highly organized with the ability to balance competing priorities
- Intrinsic motivation, tenacity, and hungry to learn and grow
- Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening).
- Fast learner, Technology savvy, and ability to learn the business context quickly
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel

**Qualification**

MBA from a premium institute and excellent academic results
