Key Responsibilities:

- **Image Manipulation & Retouching**:Uses Photoshop to enhance, retouch, and manipulate images for various purposes, including photo editing, color correction, and creating image composites.
- **Graphic Design**:Designs logos, illustrations, website layouts, social media graphics, and other visual assets using Photoshop and other relevant design software.
- **Collaboration**:Works closely with marketing teams, copywriters, creative directors, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
- **Project Management**:Manages design projects from concept to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- **Brand Consistency**:Ensures all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- **Stay Updated**:Keeps abreast of design trends, new technologies, and best practices in the design industry.
- **Quality Assurance**:Reviews and approves final designs, ensuring they meet quality standards and project specifications.

Essential Skills:

- **Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop**: Expert-level knowledge of Photoshop's tools and features for image editing, manipulation, and design.
- **Graphic Design Principles**: Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and other design fundamentals.
- **Creative Problem Solving**: Ability to develop innovative and effective design solutions to meet project requirements.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and clients.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality design outcomes.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
