**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented **Web Designer** to manage and enhance our real estate company website. Using a pre-selected template design, the role will focus on customizing layouts, keeping property details updated, and ensuring the site delivers a seamless user experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and customize the website using the approved template.
- Upload new property listings, images, and promotional banners on a regular basis.
- Ensure mobile-friendly, responsive design and smooth navigation.
- Collaborate with sales/marketing for campaigns and updates.
- Monitor site performance, fix issues, and ensure security/backups

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Wix, or similar.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience with real estate or property-focused websites.
- Skills in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or Figma.
