Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound & Outbound Sales Calls:
Handle incoming sales inquiries and convert them into sales.

Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate new business and maintain relationships.

Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communications.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.

Sales Targets & Reporting:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:
**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center environment.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.

Attributes:
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹9,317.16 - ₹35,038.45 per month
