**Qualifications & Skills RequiredEducational Qualification**
- Minimum: 10+2 (Intermediate) or equivalent
- Preferred: Diploma/Degree in Secretarial Practice or Office Management (optional)

**Technical Skills**
- Typing Speed: 35-40 words per minute (WPM) in English or 25-30 WPM in Hindi
- Shorthand Speed: 80-120 words per minute (WPM)
- Proficiency in Stenography (using Pitman, Gregg, or Teeline shorthand)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with transcription and dictation tools

**Language Skills**
- Strong command of English, Hindi, or regional languages
- Good grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills

**Other Essential Skills**
- Time management and multitasking
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidentiality and professionalism
- Good listening and communication skills

**Certification (Optional but Beneficial)**
- Government-approved stenography certification
- Computer typing and shorthand certification
