- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiating contracts, closing sales deals, and ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

- **Customer Support**: Providing ongoing support to customers, addressing their questions, and ensuring their satisfaction with the software solutions.

- **Sales Reporting**: Maintaining accurate sales records, providing regular sales reports, and forecasting sales performance.

- **Market Research**: Staying updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to build rapport with clients, and strong negotiation skills.

- **Technical Understanding**: A solid understanding of the IT software solutions being sold, including their features, benefits, and how they address client needs.

- **Sales Expertise**: Proven experience in sales, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals.

- **Problem-Solving Skills**: The ability to understand client needs, identify potential solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition

Pay: ₹9,876.23 - ₹35,327.67 per month
