- **Client communication**: Responding to client concerns, and facilitating communication between clients and vendors.
- **Contract negotiation**: Presenting options, listening to needs, and negotiating terms to create a contract with a customer.
- **Report writing**: Preparing sales and target reports, and presentations for clients.
- **Customer inquiries**: Handling customer inquiries and maintaining client databases.
- **Collaboration**: Working with various hotel departments and outside vendors to ensure events and meetings run smoothly.
