Overseeing front desk operations to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Addressing and resolving guest complaints and issues promptly.
- Ensuring high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Managing and leading hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Conducting staff training and performance evaluations.
- Scheduling shifts and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Monitoring daily hotel operations to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinating with various departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage) to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring that hotel facilities are well-maintained and meet quality standards.
- Handling administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Preparing reports on hotel performance, guest feedback, and operational issues.
- Managing reservations and room assignments to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including emergency procedures and fire safety.
- Implementing and enforcing hotel policies and procedures.
- Assisting with promotional activities and marketing efforts to attract and retain guests.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and enhancing revenue.
- Quickly addressing any issues that arise with guests, staff, or operations.
- Implementing solutions to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Implementing improvements based on guest feedback and inspections.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
