**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling and Advising**:

- Provide expert advice to students regarding overseas education opportunities, including university and course selection, country options, and scholarship opportunities.
- Understand the student’s academic background, interests, budget, and career aspirations to recommend the best educational pathways abroad.
- Discuss career prospects and post-graduation opportunities in the country of study.
- **University and Course Selection**:

- Help students select suitable universities and courses based on their academic qualifications, interests, and career goals.
- Provide information on various educational systems, entry requirements, and course structures in different countries (e.g., the US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
- **Application Guidance**:

- Help students write and edit personal statements, statements of purpose (SOP), and motivation letters.
- **Visa Assistance**:

- Help students gather necessary documents, schedule visa interviews, and prepare for them.
- Stay updated with the latest visa regulations, policies, and procedures for various countries.
- **Test Preparation and Admissions**:

- Advise students on necessary standardized tests (e.g., GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, etc.) required for admission to universities abroad.
- Guide students on test preparation strategies, timelines, and recommended resources.
- **Pre-departure Assistance**:

- Provide pre-departure briefings that cover important aspects of studying abroad, such as cultural adaptation, accommodation options, and travel arrangements.
- Help students with travel planning, including flight bookings and local transportation.
- Provide information on student insurance, banking, and other necessary pre-departure preparations.
- **Post-arrival Support**:

- Offer support to students once they arrive abroad, including assistance with settling in, finding accommodation, and understanding local culture.
- Address any challenges students may face during their studies and ensure a smooth transition.
- **Building Relationships with Institutions**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions abroad.
- Collaborate with these institutions to stay updated on new courses, admissions policies, and scholarship opportunities.
- **Keeping Up with Industry Trends**:

- Stay informed about changes in international education policies, admission criteria, visa regulations, and scholarship offerings.
- Attend educational fairs, workshops, and webinars to stay current with trends in overseas education.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Promote the services of the agency or consultancy firm, attracting new students and clients.
- Meet sales targets related to the number of students enrolled in overseas programs.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
