**Job Summary**:
Are you a passionate and creative design enthusiast ready to launch your career? We're looking for a Graphic Designer (Fresher) to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or an aspiring designer eager to gain hands-on experience, refine their skills, and contribute to impactful design projects.

**Your Contribution**:

- Develop visual content that strictly adheres to established brand guidelines.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Assist in preparing and editing design files for both digital and print production.
- Incorporate feedback effectively and implement design revisions with precision and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- A recently completed degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Foundational proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva.
- A portfolio (academic or personal) that demonstrates your creativity and core design abilities.
- A solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or InDesign.
- A keen interest in branding or UI/UX design.
- Basic skills in motion graphics or video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
