Interior Site Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for interior works (carpentry, flooring, ceiling, partitions, painting, etc.).
- Ensure project execution aligns with design specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Manage labor, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and usage to avoid delays and wastage.
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve any technical/site-related issues promptly.
- Enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards at the site.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support project handover by ensuring all finishing works are completed to client satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (X-Y years) in supervising interior fit-out or finishing projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
