Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with customers to schedule production timelines and communicate any changes or updates.
- Create detailed production plans and work closely with the production department to ensure alignment with customer orders and timelines.
- Coordinate with logistics and transporters to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare packing lists, invoices, and Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for shipments.
- Ensure that products meet specified quality and dimension standards; verify measurements accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues in a professional manner, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS (Management Information Systems) reports to track performance and key operational metrics.
- Monitor KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to evaluate service levels, delivery timelines, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the production and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination from order to delivery.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
