The Commis - Continental is responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Continental dishes in a cloud kitchen setup. This role ensures consistency, quality, portion control, and adherence to food safety standards while supporting smooth kitchen operations.

**Key Responsibilities:Food Preparation & Cooking**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Continental dishes as per standard recipes.
- Prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, prepping sauces, stocks, and mise-en-place.
- Execute orders accurately and efficiently for delivery, ensuring taste, quality, and presentation standards.
- Maintain portion size, garnishing, and plating standards suitable for delivery packaging.

**Kitchen Operations**:

- Support the CDP/Sous Chef in daily operations and menu executions.
- Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and ensure proper labeling & storage of all ingredients.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing supplies and inventory.

**Hygiene & Safety**:

- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines as per FSSAI standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, utensils, and work area at all times.
- Follow proper sanitization, cross-contamination prevention, and waste management practices.

**Quality & Standards**:

- Maintain consistency in flavor, freshness, and presentation of all dishes.
- Report any quality issues or equipment malfunction to the reporting manager.
- Follow standard recipes and SOPs to ensure consistency across shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
