**Job Summary**
- **Greeting Customer**:_
**- Greets all customers pleasantly and with courtesy**
**- Assists customers with all special requests and provides them with information about the sales and services at the dealership (e.g. products, parts, Financial Services)**
**- Accompanies the customers to the right contact person**
**- Takes care of an attractive presentation of the waiting area, e.g. arranges product information / pricing material**
**- Offers drinks and pastries to the customers waiting in the area**
**- Observes the regulations regarding order and cleanliness**
**- Takes care of the parking situation at the dealership (sufficient parking spaces for the customers)**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Is the first point of contact for customers and set the tone for providing an outstanding customer experience at the dealership
- Live up the BMW/ MINI brand behavior standards
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
