Telecaller - Lead Generation for Business and Personal Loans
- oriented, and excellent at building relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
**Identify and generate new leads for business, mortgage, housing and personal loans through cold calling and other lead generation strategies.**

**Engage with potential clients to understand their loan requirements and qualify them for our loan products.**

**Provide detailed information about loan products and services to potential clients.**

**Schedule appointments for follow-up calls or meetings with the sales team.**

**Maintain an updated database of client interactions and ensure accurate record
- keeping.**

**Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.**

Basic Qualifications:

- **Experience in telecalling, especially in the financial services sector.**

**Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive attitude.**

**Ability to understand and explain financial products and services.**

**Strong relationship management skills and a customer-centric approach.**

**Basic understanding of financial documents and business models.**

Preferred Qualifications:
**Prior experience in generating leads for business, mortgage, housing and personal loans.**

**Background in NBFCs, Banks, DSAa or tech companies focused on financial products.**

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
