We are hiring **Recruiter’s** with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle experience (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers) who will be ready to jump into high-volume recruitment for the US. **RESPONSIBILTIES**:

- Responsible for conducting a minimum of 21- 24 scheduled phone interviews per day while using time effectively for applicant reviews.
- Ensure all US compliance and regulatory guidelines are met.
- Commit to and meet weekly hiring needs for the organization.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of screening submittals into interviews.
- Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis.
- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are (Monday through Friday, Night Shift)
- Ability to support multiple time zones as needed (being a part of the global team)
- All other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s/College Degree in HR/Recruitment or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment (BPO experience is a plus, but not required)
- Experience with in house recruiting or in a staffing agency supporting US hiring in IT/Non IT roles will be an added advantage
- Excellent comprehension skills, Communication (Verbal and Written) skills, Negotiation skills and Presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including telephone etiquette.
- Preferred Experience in customer facing role, strong decision making skills
- Experience of conducting different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress, conversational)
- Experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing)
- Motivated and persistent in meeting goals
- Work with integrity and high-level confidentiality with excellent attention to detail and exhibit professionalism
- Must be able to work in US hours - i.e. 6:30pm - 4:00am India Time
- Capable of working well under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
