**Job Description: US Collections Executive (Work from Home)**

**Location**: Work from Home
**Salary**: Up to 35,000 per month
**Experience**: 1 Year in Third-Party Collections
**Shift Timing**: US Hours (Night Shift)
**Work Mode**: Remote (Work from Home)
**Qualification**: Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls with US clients to collect outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, payment plans, and collection activities.
- Resolve disputes and concerns effectively, while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance regulations, and collection guidelines.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and report progress regularly to management.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely resolutions of delinquent accounts.

**Required Skills**:

- **Excellent communication skills**: Fluent in English with clear and professional communication.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in third-party collections (US collections preferred).
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle challenging conversations and resolve disputes effectively.
- Knowledge of US billing processes and collections regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet performance metrics.

Desired Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in collections, specifically for the US market (third-party or agency collections).
