**Previous working experience with a Buying house is mandatory for this job.**
- Manage and lead the Production for product development, Sourcing & Vendor management for Decorative, lifestyle products (home decor / hard goods) & box printing & packaging.
- Constantly look for new products & vendors and maintain a database of existing vendors for sourcing of products at better price.
- Complete vendor management ie. Plan, communicate & coordinate with vendors, negotiations, factory visits, manage & ensure timely deliveries on production. End-to-end sampling and new product procurement/ approval process.
- Check and ensure best quality of product is delivered by the vendors.
- Manage company's Logistics & packaging for online & offline orders.
- Should have extremely good problem solving skills.

**Qualifications**
- Must have 3+ years’ experience in Decorative product sourcing and development required ( Home Decor / Hard goods).
- Knowledge of market, product construction and understanding of raw materials properties, wood, metals, glass, paper and finishes required.
- Knowledge of product packaging.
- Logistics, packaging and coordination experience.
- Proactive approach to problem solving, adapt quickly to changes.

**Requirements**:

- Should have their own vehicle for travelling.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- New Delhi, South - 110074, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working in a buying house: 2 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
