As an **Educational Counselor** at our **Digital Marketing Institute**, you will guide aspiring professionals, students, and entrepreneurs toward the right digital marketing programs that match their career goals. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—helping potential learners understand course offerings, career outcomes, and how our programs can help them upskill or switch careers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Student Counseling**:

- **Lead Conversion**:
Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, and social media to achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- **Program Guidance**:
Provide detailed information about course structure, curriculum, fees, payment plans, certifications, placement support, and career paths in digital marketing.
- **Database Management**:
Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to improve student engagement, optimize lead generation, and enhance the enrollment experience.
- **Career Counseling**:
Offer career advice to help students understand digital marketing job roles (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Analytics, etc.) and industry trends.
- **Event Participation**:
Represent the institute at career fairs, webinars, and open houses to promote programs and build brand awareness.
- **Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Education).
- 0-1 years of experience in **education counseling, admissions, or edtech sales**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a **plus** (training will be provided).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
