**Job Description**:

- GIS & CAD Specialist with 6+Y of experience in the Water Infrastructure field.
- Works under general supervision.
- Provides training and technical support to design staff on the Building Information Modeling system, which provides 3D models using project specifications and content.
- Direct project support and production to assigned projects and create the drawings as required using the standards and content to meet the job requirements (objects within the drawing, doors, lights, etc.).
- Primary responsibilities to support projects with GIS database creation, analysis, spatial data conversion/migration, mapping and quality assurance.
- Must possess work with different aerial and cadastral imageries with processing.
- Collection, development and integration of MIS/ non spatial database.
- Experience with relational database management systems and scripting is essential
- Python, Oracle, SQL, Server, PostSQL.
- Good knowledge in Database creation and management.
- Experience with developing reports and presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for individual interactions and in group settings.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma
- Civil Engineering
- Good communication skills, and ability to work well independently at times.
- Able to see the “bigger picture” and take a birds-eye view of projects
- Confident, with the ability to work either independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Accountability for assigned work.
- Accuracy & precision of work.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
