**About this position****:
The Media Buyer position is essential for driving our paid media efforts across various digital channels. You will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and purchasing ad space, as well as optimizing campaigns to achieve the best possible results. This role is key to ensuring that our media investments yield high returns and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

**What You Will Be Doing****:

- Plan and execute media buying strategies across multiple digital platforms, including social media, search engines, and display networks.
- Negotiate ad placements and rates with media vendors to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising and media buying.

**What You Need for this Position****:

- Experience in media buying across various digital platforms.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of ad tech, tracking pixels, and performance tracking tools.
- Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.

**Bonus Skills****:

- Experience with programmatic advertising and RTB (Real-Time Bidding).
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major ad platforms.
- Understanding of marketing funnel optimization and customer journey mapping.
