**Industrial Relations (IR)**:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements (Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, etc.).
- Establish and maintain harmonious relationships with labor unions, if applicable.
- Negotiate and resolve labor disputes to prevent work stoppages or disruptions.
- Implement disciplinary procedures in alignment with company policies and legal frameworks.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Prepare and submit timely reports related to labor, compliance, and grievances to management.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and payroll systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
**Educational Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or related field (MSW/ MBA HR preferred).
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
