**Company Description**

KB Automation LLP company is manufacturing of precision metal components since 2020. We are fully equipped with the state of art manufacturing of 3 Axis and 4 Axis -VMC Machining centers for manufacturing of various components from forged steel, carbon steel, ferrous-non-ferrous metals, alloy steel and aluminum materials by experienced and skilled workforce.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in SHIVKRUPAINDUTRIALPREMISESCO-OPSOCLTD, GALA NO.G10, PLOT NO.89, SECTOR 10, PCNTDA, BHOSARI, PUNE -411026. Area for a skilled VMC Operator. The VMC operator will be responsible for operating a vertical machining center and other machines, manufacturing and repairing precision parts, adhering to quality standards, ensuring proper machine maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Experience operating vertical machining centers
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Ability to perform own machine setups, achieve quality standards, and maintain tolerances
- Knowledge of cutting tools, tool holding, fixtures, and work holding mechanisms
- Experience with Mitsubishi control systems
- Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- High attention to detail and motivation to achieve high-quality results.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
