**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Staff member to support our marketing team. The role involves assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, and managing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Support**:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for marketing materials.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and meetings.
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on marketing data.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors.
- Gather and analyze data to support marketing strategies and campaigns.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing and promoting marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and attendee communication.
- **Communication**:

- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure project alignment.
- Respond to inquiries related to marketing activities and provide support as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is a plus.
- **Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:
This role involves working in an office environment with occasional travel for events and meetings. The position may require flexibility with work hours depending on project deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
